Pray for Land to those living in graveyard, slum and Bethel
Plan and Target:
From our Long-Term Sustainable Strategy below, I found that Land Investment will be the right approach for those living in graveyard and slum and BMO itself. We experienced that those living in graveyard and slum have lived illegally for more than three-four generations and no one care about their issues in the country.
Based on our plan designed, we can afford to buy 100m x 100m costing around $85,000 with the target of 100 families. It is 5-7 Km from the market and factory, but in the village. It is cheaper than the previous projection. We divide the land into 4m x 16m per family. In order to ensure their ownership, each family need to pay $30 a month for 7 years or 84 months including hard title at the end of payment. They need to work harder and save $1 per day. The money collected will be used for the donation or investment return or to build a Church for Sunday School and Service and a School for Khmer, English, Computer and other relevant soft and life skills training.
As BMO, we also need the same size of land of 100m x 100m costing around $85,000 to produce agriculture product and supply to those families and the communities around. The income from the sale, will be used to expand the ministry across the country, especially to support and equip the ministry quality and livelihood building to local church pastors and leaders so that they can address the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs of their communities.

BMO initiates endeavors for the long-term sustainability to the Local Church Pastors, Beneficiary Families and BMO itself.
