Sinuon lost parents in Khmer Rogue, struggled to live with her sister and brothers, and migrated to Thai Refugee Camp in 1983 to survival. With the strong support, she finished her High School in 1992 and returned to Cambodia.
After her relocation, Sinuon found life increasingly difficult and tried to explore some work with NGO at her young age. Blessedly, she was employed with different kinds of assignments including working with community as Social worker, interview evaluation for those who in need by partnership with local NGOs and church pastors in communities.
Sinuon became the believer of Jesus Christ in 2002 after her experience of God’s love since her young age in Thai Refugee Camp and started her family ministry since then to different provinces in Cambodia.
